ViaEuropa.se need I say more?

Yes we are jumping up and down and up and down like the Easter bunny trying to get away.

I don’t know what else to say, ViaEuropa is still extremely unstable and today is just another such day, where it’s extra bad. My guess is that all the super skilled network technicians at ViaEuropa have Easter vacation, so there is no one to put out the fires. They probably never solved the previous issue, they just have people around ready to turn out the fires when they return. True that is the cheapest solution, but sucks for the customers when everyone has vacation right?
My guess is that we have to live with the network being extremely unstable for the next many days/weeks – And I really hate I have no option in changing ISP. ViaEuropa owns the fiber/switches and let ISP rent network capacity from them. Bound to fail.

I’ve written my ISP (T3.se), asking them to report this error to ViaEuropa, but my guess is nothing will happen until next week – So for those using our services, I am sorry – But not much we can do to stabilize this :(.
