Windows XP SP3 + TCP errors due to Torrents

For those of you that has upgraded to Windows XP Service Pack 3, you might have started to experience a lot of issues with TCP/IP has reached a certain Security limit.
This is a nice addon from Microsoft, which would help a lot of ordinary users if they would have some kind of Virus/Malware. But if you are running Torrents this is a very crappy addon.

A nice guy which blogs at http://hwrms.com/blog/ has translate a program so us ordinary users can use it. I have added it to my Download Section and I think it’s very nifty.
Be aware when you have raised the TCP connections it’s smart to do a restart so you are sure nothing is hanging in Windows. I have raised mine to 600, hwrms recommends 500-600 but of course it’s your own choice how high you want it to be.

The exact XP error is: “TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.”
