Gaming: n3xt Gaming, public server updated!

Due to all the “svc_bad” errors on the server lately I have added a few “maybe” fixes to the server.cfg

sv_timeout 60 – Forces the server to run cl_timeout “60”.
cl_timeout 60 – Forces the clients to have cl_timeout “60” in their config.

Same as I have added -zone 8192 to the startup line which should also be a help to resolve the “svc_bad” error.
