That the ViaEuropa.se network becomes faulty repeatedly in a matter of weeks itself is unpardonable, but that they dont have support staff working around the clock on weekends seems too bad! I'm amazed that you dont have laws to take these people to court for this kind of faults. Over here, though networks arent advanced, we have strict laws to get these people to compensate users for negligence. Once they have experience with some legislation and offering compensation, ViaEuropa.se will automatically put systems in place to prevent this in future!
